All we will need for your appointment is enough space for a portable massage table to be set up in. Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Part of your appointment will be educational, but the other half will be practicing movement, posture, and exercises. Please make sure you are ready to move.

It is helpful if you let your Physiotherapist know where to park and who will be home during the appointment.

Although we think your furry friends are adorable, it is helpful if they are in another room for the duration of your appointment.
